Balance, Speed and Agility

This is a fantastic “Team” activity which not only promotes Teamwork & Communication but is also a great Ice Breaker for any type of group, be it a Corporate event, Stag or Hen do or Educational group. 

Participants will be shown around our 13 element Military Style Assault Course and the techniques required to complete the course safely. Then the group will be split into two teams, which will race against each other with the individual members of the teams helping each other through the obstacles. The course can also be run as an individual group challenge or on an individual timed challenge basis.

This session can be run as 1.5 hour activity or can be combined with other Ground Based Team Challenges.
